IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF YOU, THE USER, CUSTOMER, OR PROSPECTIVE CUSTOMER TO READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE PROCEEDING TO USE THIS SITE. You must be 18 years of age or older to create, purchase, or manage a Cherry Hoggs TV account.
Cherry Hoggs TV content is not restricted to adults. A parent or legal guardian may allow a child to watch Cherry Hoggs TV through the adult’s account.
The adult account holder is responsible for:
Some Cherry Hoggs TV content may discuss or show challenging dog behavior, including aggression or other situations that may not be appropriate for every child. Parents and guardians should use their own judgment when allowing children to watch.
Children should not create their own accounts or provide personal information directly to Cherry Hoggs TV.
If a parent or guardian wishes to submit a question or comment on behalf of a child, it should be submitted through the adult’s account. We recommend avoiding unnecessary identifying information about the child.
Cherry Hoggs TV may offer different membership levels with different content, features, and benefits.
The features and current price of each membership will be shown when you subscribe. We may add, remove, update, or replace individual pieces of content and membership features over time.
A membership provides access to content available within your membership level. It does not give you ownership of that content.
Paid memberships are billed on a recurring basis at the price and billing frequency displayed when you subscribe.
Unless you cancel before your next billing date, your subscription will automatically renew and your selected payment method will be charged for the next billing period.
You authorize us and our payment provider to charge the applicable subscription fee, together with any applicable taxes, to your selected payment method.
If a payment cannot be processed, we may retry the payment and/or suspend access to your membership until payment is successfully received.
We may change membership prices from time to time.
Where required, we will provide reasonable notice of a price change before it applies to a future renewal.
If you do not wish to continue at the new price, you can cancel your membership before the new price takes effect.
You can cancel your membership through the cancellation options available within your account or by contacting us at support@cherryhoggs.tv.
Unless otherwise stated, cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period. You will continue to have access to your membership until then and will not be charged for the next billing period.
Deleting your account or simply stopping use of Cherry Hoggs TV does not necessarily cancel an active subscription. You must use the applicable subscription cancellation process.
Except where required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise at the time of purchase, subscription payments that have already been charged are non-refundable.
If you believe you have been charged incorrectly or have experienced a significant technical problem preventing you from accessing a service you paid for, please contact us at support@cherryhoggs.tv.
Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
Some live streams, events, or other content may be included with particular memberships or offered separately.
Where an event is purchased separately, any additional terms, price, availability, and cancellation conditions shown at the point of purchase will also apply.
Live schedules may occasionally change due to circumstances outside our reasonable control. Where possible, we will provide notice of significant changes.
We may make recordings of live Cherry Hoggs TV events available after the event, but we do not guarantee that every live event will be recorded or remain available indefinitely.
Your Cherry Hoggs TV membership is for your personal use.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account, password, and login credentials.
You are also responsible for activity carried out through your account, including use by children or other people whom you allow to access the Service through your account.

To the extent permitted by law, Cherry Hoggs is not responsible for losses resulting from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.
Cherry Hoggs TV and its content, including videos, recordings, graphics, text, training materials, branding, logos, and other materials, are owned by or licensed to Cherry Hoggs and are protected by intellectual property laws.
Your membership gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the content for your own private use.

Cherry Hoggs TV may allow members to submit questions, comments, feedback, or other material during live events or elsewhere on the Service.
You remain responsible for anything submitted through your account.
You must not submit content that is unlawful, abusive, threatening, discriminatory, defamatory, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate.
By voluntarily submitting material for use within Cherry Hoggs TV, you give us permission to display, reproduce, and use that material as reasonably necessary to provide the Service.
Live events may be recorded. Questions, comments, usernames, or other contributions made during a recorded event may therefore appear in the recording.
If a child wishes to participate, their parent or legal guardian should submit questions or comments through the adult account and should avoid including unnecessary identifying information about the child.
Cherry Hoggs TV provides educational and informational content.
Every dog and situation is different. Training methods, advice, and techniques shown on Cherry Hoggs TV may not be suitable for every dog, person, or situation.
You are responsible for deciding whether and how to apply information provided through Cherry Hoggs TV and for taking appropriate safety precautions.
You are responsible for your own safety, the safety of your dog, and the safety of other people and animals when applying information or techniques shown through the Service.
Where a dog presents aggression, bite risk, significant behavioral concerns, or other safety concerns, you should consider obtaining appropriate individualized professional support before attempting techniques shown online.

If we permanently discontinue a paid Service in circumstances where you have paid for access that we can no longer provide, we will handle any refund or alternative access rights as required by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where doing so would be unlawful.
We may update these Terms where necessary to reflect changes to Cherry Hoggs TV, our business practices, or applicable law.
If a change materially affects your rights or an active paid subscription, we will provide reasonable notice where required.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute that is not subject to mandatory consumer protection rights in another jurisdiction will be subject to the courts with appropriate jurisdiction in Minnesota.
If consumer law where you live gives you mandatory rights or allows you to bring a claim in your local courts, nothing in this section removes those rights.
